Making meditation meaningful

An engaging, thought-provoking and light-hearted look at meditation and the present moment with Eckhart Tolle.  If you’d like to try meditation but have no idea where to start, this video makes it seem like a much less daunting process, explaining how meditation can really be a part of our daily life.  It perceptively highlights how so many little things take up our attention and fill our mind.  As a writer and public speaker, Eckhart Tolle is perhaps best known for being the author of The Power of Now.  Whilst the book might not be for everyone, it’s certainly an interesting read which I’ve bought for a number of friends!
